I am finally(!) printing off all of the postcards I designed this month so that I can implement my turnkey system (not really, but it sounds nice). Its a little difficult to measure your mailings when you’re waiting for shipments in between stamp licking.
In the scope
This years targets: title companies. I think, and this is PURELY out of ignorance and inexperience, that I will write a personal letter to someone who works in the office and appeal directly to them for referrals. I am not so sure that marketing to any/everyone will work as efficiently.
But the immediate question: How can I market personally to someone who I dont actually know? Easy. Down at my county records office, when looking up notes, sometimes you see an attorney’s name or an associate at a title office. I write that down (along with the info provided) and continue with my search.
In my city there are a handful of professionals who’s names pop up on my search more than once a month on a consistent basis. I can use that to my advantage.
New marketing ideas
I don’t mean what new item am I going to try out, I mean what new medium. Who’s next to recruit as a referral? Where are some places I never thought of that could use my service? How will I make a better brand?
Tough questions, but Im up for the challenge. In the month where one proclaims love for that which is important in their lives, why not show love of your company by making it better?
