Since everyone is up in arms about gas, food, and mortgage adjustments, what does this mean to us in the seller finance sect? Naturally it should mean people are more willing than ever to sell their note and receive cash. What are you doing to harp in on that?

Re-registration
Its the time to re-register for the business name. They sent me a postcard in the mail and said that I have to get it done before Sept. 1. However, if they sent you a notice before, there is a $400.00 late fee. You only pay $150 to register your name in the first place! [...]
