Campaigning 101: List Mathematics

Don’t let your stamps and effort go to waste! If you’re not measuring metrics and variables in your marketing campaign, you’re setting yourself up for a long learning curve and future failure. To maximize a direct mail campaign, you must have laser focus, but the only way to get there is through the systems you [...]

More hours than ever!

I worked well over 70 hours last week. Although I designed the website I was planning to use for my company, I ended up scrapping it because the coding process was taking too long, and I could see that its something really left to the experts. Sometimes I have an uncanny ability to learn things rapidly and [...]

$27

This is how much it is now to send out 100 postcards to note holders. The cost of the postage on a 4×6 postcard was raised .04 cents.

Get Rich Quick

From Seth Godin’s recent blog post about getting rich quick:

There is a need for the courses out there [...]

Speedy Eddie

Eddie Speed sent me an email the other day regarding his new conference coming up this January. A few good things to learn from his approach:
1. He’s reaching out to his email list, re-establishing his relationship with those people by sending them new content.
2. His teleconference isn’t for everyone- obviously. This is holiday season and [...]

Can’t find my spot

Yes, I have changed the blog theme for the 4th time since its inseption. Its beginning to show a pattern of doublemindedness on my part, but I beg to differ.
I run this blog from wordpress for free currently, and since its free I only have a few choices when it comes to design. So every so [...]

Websites

Oh boy, I know I’m going to get into trouble on this one. But this is my blog and I can say what I want.
Websites.
Majority of the websites I see popping up on the net regarding the note industry, and I see a lot of them, are whack! Just plain ugly too.
I see the same [...]
